The amount of information we need to make sure you get the proper replacement strut is critical.  We have found the best method is to take a photo of the "manufacturer's label" which is found on the back of every tanning bed.  This information contains the date of manufacture, model name or number, and serial number.  When this information is available to us, we can guarantee to deliver the proper replacement for your tanning bed.  Please read our shipping and returns policy here.
